This Shipping Policy explains the delivery process for Zidid, including cut-off time, handling, transit estimates, shipping cost, and tracking support. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. The store currently serves customers in Germany, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
Orders for car wash cloths and automotive microfiber towels are checked against the customer's checkout details before packaging and carrier handoff. When an issue involves car wash cloths and automotive microfiber towels, we look at the item shown on the product page, the delivered parcel, and any photos or notes the customer provides.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
Business Days run Monday-Saturday, not including public holidays or dates when carriers do not operate. If an order requires verification, the handling timeline may depend on the customer's response.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Germany. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Germany. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
The shipping address must be accurate and complete at checkout. Customers should include apartment, suite, postal code, region, and contact number where applicable so delivery can be arranged without avoidable delay. For Germany customers, the checkout page, tracking email, and support channel should show consistent store and order information.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.
We may send items from one order in separate parcels if it improves packaging, availability, or carrier routing. Customers are not charged extra standard shipping when we choose to split a shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.
If delivery information looks unusual, delayed, lost, or damaged, customers should contact support with the order number, tracking details, and photos if available so we can review the matter. Clear photos, the checkout email, the item name, and a short explanation help support review issues without unnecessary back-and-forth. For towel and cloth orders, return review may consider fabric condition, unused status, package count, absorbency-related listing details, and cleanliness.
